What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning using specialized equipment
- Inspect HVAC systems for dust, mold, and blockages
- Operate cleaning tools and safely handle materials
- Communicate clearly with customers about services performed
- Use our CRM system for job tracking and reporting
- Follow company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of professional experience in air duct cleaning
- HVAC experience or certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
- Own truck and tools preferred (additional earnings potential)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35–$40 per hour + commissions (Profit Sharing Program = unlimited earning potential)
