As a Cannabis Hand Trimmer, you will be responsible for trimming and manicuring cannabis buds to ensure they meet quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
**Responsibilities:**
- Hand trim cannabis buds to remove excess leaves and ensure visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming stations.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet production quotas.
- Assist with other cultivation tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in cannabis trimming or similar horticultural tasks is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must comply with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Payment system is by pounds, 60$/pound on average 3-4 pounds. Monthly Payroll
