We are currently seeking a highly experienced Bartender to join our friendly, fun, positive work environment.
We are looking for open availability to work Dinner shifts, as well as possible Brunch coverage during the weekends.
The start date for this position is Thursday, September 25th.
There will also be a mandatory all staff meeting/training on September 22nd at 9:00am
Our Bartenders are relied on to work together as a team to provide memorable, thoughtful experiences by engaging with ourguests, serving food & drinks with a smile, and anticipating the needs of each guestwho visits us. Our Bartenders are highly experienced, must see that the highest quality standards are met for guest service, and must also work within the framework of a quality food and beverage service team.
Job Summary:
The Bartender oversees operations and job duties such as responding to inquiries and resolving issues or concerns. The Bartender has the primary objective of driving the vision for the company and customer standards. The Bartender is accountable for shaping and delivering the businesss production to drive the overall performance of the department. The Bartender balances company and customer demands with delivery and execution. The Bartender ensures that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Bartender oversees cost-effectiveness and productivity and provides company and customer demands that nurture continuous improvement. The Bartender is responsible for implementing quality assurance principles and practices throughout the company.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the seating area.
Learn and maintain knowledge of all our menus & products and demonstrate knowledge of dietary/allergy information and proper food handling.
Operate a POS register to complete customer transactions.
Prepare drinks according to recipe and customer requests.
Communicate with the kitchen to ensure all orders and requests are filled.
Monitor wine & liquor displays and restock inventory.
Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude.
Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers.
Manage direct reports.
Organize and review weekly progress.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes.
Driven and self-motivated.
Maintain customer privacy and behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity.
Contributes to long- and short-form integration proposals and topline concepts.
Oversee operational software and operations.
Support the team on all integrations and proposals.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least three years of related experience is preferred.

Ability to effectively present information, provide instructions, and thoroughly answer questions in English in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability and Computer Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to efficiently use inventory, ordering & computer systems or applications and Microsoft Office programs.
