Position: Cleaning Technician Superstar
Location: Palm Desert, CA

Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients in a cheerful and respectful manner
· Provide over the top customer service and address client concerns
· Give professional cleaning & maintenance recommendations
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
· Clean and maintain carpets, rugs, upholstery and tile in high-end residential homes
· Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to company guidelines
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· No experience necessary
· Has a positive mindset and chooses to be happy
· Must be able to perform established procedures & protocols in a timely manner
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Report to work on time
· Moves equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
· Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
· Pass a drug screening test
