Position Overview

Were seeking a motivated and experienced Roof Sales Account Manager to join our sales team. As an account manager, you will play a pivotal role in finalizing sales agreements with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our products and services. This is an opportunity for top performers to excel in a growing industry with unlimited earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Close Sales: Convert qualified leads into signed contracts for any of our services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with clients, addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions.
  • Be a Team Player: Work well with our operation throughout the process and keep commitments.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving company sales goals.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospects and coworkers to nurture relationships and referrals.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.


What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record of closing sales, preferably in solar, roofing, or home improvement industries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Bilingual highly preferred but not required (Spanish and English).
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems and roofing is a plus, but training is provided.
