Remote Senior Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA (fully remote must be located in California)
Salary:$70K-$100K

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Senior Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and be adept at managing a variety of cases from inception through resolution. This role is crucial in supporting attorneys and ensuring the efficient handling of case files in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings for personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.
• Manage case files, including maintaining documentation and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates.
• Prepare trial binders and assist in trial preparation activities.
• File documents with courts and other relevant agencies electronically.
• Review and summarize medical records and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with medical providers and experts as needed for case development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and civil litigation procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
