We are seeking a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

. Excellent Research, writing and analytical abilities

. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

. Propound and respond to written discovery

. Attend Court hearings in Probate Court

. Collaborate with legal support staff to manage cases efficiently

. Work closely with other attorneys and clients to develop and determine case strategy

Qualifications:

. California State Bar License (Required)

. Litigation of 5 plus years (Required)
