Executive Director Job Description (FULL TIME)
Introduction
SoCal Adaptive Sports, formerly Palms to Pines Parasports, exists to create a more inclusive society by providing competitive and recreational opportunities for people with physical disabilities while also serving athletes with other disabilities. We strive to foster a lifelong passion for wellness and help everyone reach their full potential. Our vision is to see adaptive athletes enjoy the same opportunities and quality of life as their able-bodied peers.
Incorporated in California in June 2020, SoCal Adaptive Sports operates through collaborations between public, private, and non-profit organizations and individuals. The organization was founded in response to the lack of consistent sport opportunities and the need to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities across Riverside County and other Southern California communities.
