Our client in the cleaning industry is seeking a Bilingual Lead Custodian to join their team. As a Lead Custodian, you will be part of the custodial department supporting the cleaning team in Indio, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Lead Custodian
Location: Indio, CA
Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00
What's the Job?
- Supervise and lead a team of custodians in daily cleaning tasks
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new custodians on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
What's Needed?
- Prior experience in a custodial or cleaning role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
