We are a licensed Cannabis Cultivation Facility seeking a General Maintenance Technician to start right away! General electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience a plus! This position is located in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Duties will include:

<li>General maintenance; Repair + Diagnostics </li>
<li>Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing </li>
<li>General Construction labor </li>
<li>Irrigation </li>
<li>Other duties that fall under general labor </li>
</ul>
Essential Functions of the job:
<ul>
<li>General knowledge of low voltage wiring. </li>
<li>Plumbing PVC, ABS, CPVC and Irrigation. </li>
<li>Drywall, concrete, painting and sanding. </li>
<li>A/C maintenance / troubleshooting and copper plumbing. </li>
<li>Uni-strut installation and all thread placement (for A/C install) </li>
<li>General knowledge of hardware (proper names, sizing of all needed screws, nuts, bolts etc) </li>
<li>General wood working skills. </li>
<li>Familiarity with power tools (sawzall, skill saw, table saw, band saw, chop saw etc) </li>
<li>Ability to weld, is a plus but not a necessity. </li>
<li>3-5 years minimum of hands on experience. </li>
</ul>
