Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the duties of the positions
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Experience in sales or relationship management is a plus
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
