Job Summary
Power Of Fitness is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and administrative functions. This full-time hybrid role helps ensure smooth workflows, accurate records, and effective coordination across teams in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Support daily operational and administrative activities
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal communications
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
Monitor workflows and assist with process improvements
Coordinate with internal teams to support programs, events, and tasks
Perform data entry and update systems with accuracy
Assist with vendor coordination, inventory tracking, or logistics
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and reliability
