Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends may be required)

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher at Aire Serv, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while supporting our internal operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for service requests, customer inquiries, and scheduling — all while embodying our company’s values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, with a genuine desire to help people and a drive to deliver top-tier customer service. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Manage daily customer communications, both incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner

· Scheduling appointments from calls and emails using Microsoft Outlooks

· Dispatch and follow up on daily job assignments for technicians and team members

· Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

· Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints

· Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.

· Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

· Ensuring service requests are logged into the Service Titan ERP system, and managing customer expectations by updating work order and appointment statuses

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years of relevant administrative experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and maintain high attention to detail

· Team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to work through temporary ambiguity with a positive attitude

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)

· Experience with Service Titan or similar ERP system is a plus

· HVAC industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required
