**About the Role** 
In this role you will be responsible for the sites equipment maintenance and instrument calibration processes. Youll utilize your leadership skills to provide technical and organizational support to drive equipment reliability and performance improvement 
**What Youll** **Do** 
+ Maintain a safety-first culture in which CBRE employees return home in the same condition in which they reported to work. 
+ Use guidelines set by management to develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance and life cycle optimization strategies. Performs annual review of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure current work order system library contains correct frequencies and balanced 12-month schedules for all technicians and vendors. 
+ Support the maintenance team through development, implementation and ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures. 
+ Conduct and assist with inspections and qualitative audits to ensure compliance to the scope of work. 
+ Responsible for maintenance and reliability planning and measurement. 
+ Help develop a world class predictive maintenance program that is focused heavily on system reliability and uptime of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). 
+ Create technical program playbooks and procedures. 
+ Perform reliability analysis of the maintenance program by performing in-depth root cause analysis and trending. 
+ Develop specifications and assist in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts. 
+ Assist with process and procedure training as requested. 
+ Cultivate positive working relationships with Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering (RME) Business Partners and Operations Maintenance team members. 
**What Youll Need** 
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 4 years experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
+ Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills. 
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) 
+ Experience with instrumentation/controls and computerized maintenance management systems 
+ Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as financial reporting and analysis.

The minimum salary for the Reliability Engineer position is $130,561.60 annually [or $62.77 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Reliability Engineer position is $138,902.40 annually [or $66.78 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.

<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document processes and present findings. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. </li>
<li>Innovative mindset with a focus on process validation and technical problem-solving. </li>
<li>Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab) for SPC and data analysis. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). </li>
<li>Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). </li>
<li>Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. </li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. </li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the cannabis or pharmaceutical industry. </li>
<li>Proven experience with SPC, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement strategies. </li>
<li>Strong background in process optimization, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation </li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). </li>
<li>Comfortable working in environments with exposure to noise, dust, and other industrial elements. </li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed. </li>
