Summary
The Gaming Inspector is responsible for observing and reporting all activities involving patrons and Team Members on the gaming floor, cage, soft count and all other Tribal areas. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Observing and Technical Operation: Operate surveillance equipment to monitor compliance with the Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, MICS/TICS, P&amp;Ps, and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws through detailed observations.</li>
<li>Video Review and Documentation: Review recorded footage to document findings, ensuring thorough reporting of compliance and operational integrity.</li>
<li>Handling Software for Gaming Machines: Manage software for gaming machines and verify various activities outside the Surveillance Room, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational standards.</li>

Requirements:
Qualifications/Education/Experience
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED. </li>
<li>At least one year of related full-time Gaming experience, Surveillance, Investigations, Law Enforcement, or Regulatory Environment. </li>
<li>Equivalent combination of experience and education that will allow the applicant too satisfactorily perform the duties of the job may be considered when filing the position. </li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain an Augustine Gaming License. </li>
</ul>
Competencies and Annual Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Skilled in using a variety of office equipment, including, but not limited to copier, office phone, PCs, player management systems and POS integration systems. </li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other necessary software.</li>
<li>Knowledge of how to use a surveillance system.</li>
<li>Ability to learn Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Minimum Internal Control Standards; Federal, State and Tribal laws; Table games; Casino department policy and procedures. </li>
<li>The ability to take the knowledge and use it to spot any violations, errors, suspicious activity, theft, etc. </li>
</ul>
