As our HR Generalist, you'll work closely with leadership and staff to support recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day operations. We're a family-run business serving the Coachella Valley since 1996, and we are looking to expand our team.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Ensure CA labor law compliance and maintain HR documentation
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, employee events and build trust across a diverse team
• Communicate HR policy and procedures to a bilingual workforce in English and Spanish

What Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience (preferably in small family-owned business)
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• HRIS/payroll system experience
