Overview:
Power of Fitness in Palm Desert is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to assist members and guests with inquiries, membership services, and day-to-day support needs. This role is essential in ensuring every member receives a welcoming, professional, and positive experience from the moment they contact or visit the gym.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, or in-person.

Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Provide accurate information about gym services, class schedules, personal training, and promotions.

Process payments, update customer accounts, and handle billing questions.

Troubleshoot member issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or appointment scheduling.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service experience preferred (fitness or hospitality a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic software tools.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
