Job DescriptionSalary: $90,000 - $100,000

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

Position type: Part-time

Full Time: Salary $90,000 - $100,000


BCBA JOB SUMMARY:

  • Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in-home and at the center
  • Conduct FBAs
  • Report writing
  • Design intervention/treatment plans
  • Provide Parent Training
  • Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Participate in Quality Assurance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about working with children and families
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields.
  • Ability to pass a background clearance
  • TB clearance
  • Excellent knowledge in report writing
  • Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
