Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in La Quinta, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting administrative tasks and providing excellent service to members, residents, and guests. Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist residents, guests, and members, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, and managing correspondence.
• Handle light accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and preparing expense reports.
• Coordinate schedules for appointments, events, and facility maintenance.
• Provide operational support by managing assigned projects and tasks to contribute to seamless club operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to confidentiality and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as your understanding of club operations expands.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, reception, or customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with general office technology.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to grow within the role.
