Job Description Summary
Responsible for overseeing the performance and coordination of all daily operations of an outlet.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are being maintained.
- Supervise staff within an assigned outlet to ensure quality and service levels are being met.
- Assure F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
- Assist in developing and managing adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality control of product and service. Assist in maximizing the revenues of the outlet or bar while minimizing operating costs.
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests for F&B outlets.
- Monitor & maintain inventory, purchasing supplies, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform administrative responsibilities to include, but not limited to inventory control, payroll and personnel procedures.
- May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstationsof the casino and/or hotel.
- Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2-3 years' experience in food & beverage management preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
