Member Experience Associate The Member Experience Associate is responsible for assisting with administrative and support tasks relating to Member Experience Dept.
Responsibilities
* Serves as ClubLife Concierge at the Front Desk
* Assists Members with Dining Reservations, Event Registrations and other Member relations business
* Maintain proper files ensuring the completion of all required forms
* Initiate requests for and distribute materials and information as requested
Job Requirements
* Computer knowledge required. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 2-3 years office experience required
* Hospitality background preferred
* 4 year degree preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
